Kindneys in Sherry!

A little "French" bistro in the city of London served up lambs kidneys in sherry and cream to me last week. OOOOOOOOOhhhhhhhh! Boy they were nice with a few green beans and some bread and olive oil... I'm gonna have to have a go at that one myself. Shame 'erindoors doesn't like offal. :P
