Grated double Gloucester is laid at the bottom of a flameproof dish and thinly spread with english mustard,cover the cheese with strong draught bitter and place in a moderate oven till the cheese melts.When its all melted spoon the cheese overslices of toast and pour the warm beer over the top.Sprinkle with red pepper.
