Mushrooms on Toast

take 1/2 lbs mushrooms,wash and remove stalks. Brown a chopped garlic clove in 1oz of butter.Fry the mushrooms in the butter,adding salt, alittle cayenne pepper a dash of worcestershire sauce,and a small wineglass of guinness.B5ring to the boil and continue to cook briskly,leaving the pan uncovered until sauce has thickened and reduced.Serve on hot toast.

Is this a serving for one or am i just greedy :oops:

Not wishing to raise the whole MILK thing into the debate again.

But mushrooms poached in butter, milk, salt and pepper are just devine. :D
