Sausages Braised In Turbo Cider

500g Pork Sausage
2 Onions Sliced
1 Clove Garlic, crushed then diced
1/2 TSP Wholegrain Mustard
Dried Sage - a good few shakes
2 TSP Brown Sugar
Turbo Cider - Enough to nearly cover the sausages
Salt and Pepper to taste

Cook the sausages under the grill whilst browning the onions and garlic in a pan.
Add sausages to the onions then add rest of ingrediants to the pan.

Cover and simmer until sauce has thickened.

Goes great served with mash or as a sandwich in a nice crispy baguette! :D

Great Pic, Mrs Wez has just agreed, we have to make that. We get great Wild Boar and Apricot Sausages from a local tree hugger shop think it will work well.
