My Missus has just made some crisps and they are lovely. She used Sylvana variety (you can't just use any old spud they dont make very good crisps). She slices them with a potato peeler sprays them with oil lays them seperate on a plate and bungs them in the micro for 2 mins i think. Give it a try.

Hmm, never thought of doing them in the microwave :idea:

I will give this a try, will also try some sweet potatoes
