Ingredients;
384g (13.5oz) self-raising flour
1 dessert spoon sugar
1 tea spoon salt
440ml beer
Mix ingredients together, put in greased bread tin and bake for 40 minutes at 190 degrees C (Gas Mark 4)
I used bitter but think it would be nicer with a lighter beer. It's open to experimentation though
