Anybody make cheese?

I got a cheese making kit for Christmas and have a batch of mozzerella on the go. Its a fresh cheese kit so no culture's are included but i wouldn't mind having a go at brie or other cheeses that don't need too long to mature. Would the cultures and growing mould pose too much of a risk to the brewery? I will assume sharing equipment and the temp controlled fridge is a big no.

Best practise is to not share equipment as you say.
