There is a growing interest in diverse beer flavors in Spain at the moment, Bass is the door opener, though with between 5-10 Marstons brews available in most big supermarkets, the big downer is that cask beers in a bar are still a rare as hens teeth.
It also helps that in Spain home winemaking is everywere, so there is a culture of the fermentation process.

BUMP!

Just found online another HBS, yet again in the Barcelona area.
Though I will say this has a amazing stock of malts, listed by malster. And a list of stuff better than any other HBS in the country.

And they sell very cool Brewing rigs:

The pound has weakened somewhat(to say the least against the euro) £-€ this time last year was €1.48 now €1.29 ish if this carries on much longer it will be 1-1 and I will have to work more to keep myself in beer

Does this include the Canary Islands? I'm in Las Palmas and I've been ferrying my malt extract from the UK. I'd like to start with BIAB and make things more sustainable. The shipping costs can be crazy, though. And would I have to deal with the Aduana? Those people are criminals!
There's a group called Canaria Brews which appears to be an artisan brewing company. But, a la Canaria, their website isn't up and running and, when emailed, they don't reply.

Will do. It'll not be for a while as I'm stocked up (unless I start brewing far more than I do already, which I'd love).
I'll go through the website. Thanks for the reply. I hope things go well. Beer in Spain needs a kick up the @rse!
