I was wondering if anybody living in South Wales ( Newport) or nearby fancies creating a Beer/Wine club/Association.

Good luck with setting something up. Have you seen that Tiny Rebel run homebrewer meetings at their Urban Tap House? I know it's in Cardiff not Newport but......
