Leftovers Beer

Evenin' all,

Thought I'd make a 'leftovers' beer before my new order arrives. I know that lots of you do this also - what are your experiences? anyone accidentally create something wonderful? I only had enough diastatic malt to do 15l if I wanted a mid-strength beer - I could have added some crystal or some darker malts to create a longer brewlength but that would get away from the EBC I was aiming for. Anyway here's my attempt [-o< :

Bubble & Squeak 1
15l brewlength
aiming for 1.045 @ 70% efficiency (I will probably get 5-6 points higher judging by my last few attempts)
53 IBU
14 EBC

Grist
1000g Wheat malt
763g MOP
409g Vienna
200g flaked barley
that was the leftovers bit, now in addition
400g torrified wheat
400g caramalt
100g amber (for the craic)
Mashed for 1.5 hrs @ 68 (though it was 63 by the end as I couldn't be bothered to stick the usual blankets around MT). Used all remaining liquor in a 3-runnings batch.

Hops
22g Northern brewer @ 60
24g Challenger @ 30
8g Aurora @ 5
2g Styrian @ 5
56g Aurora @ FO
26 Styrian @ FO
that's finished three bags from the freezer!
4g Irish moss @ 5 that's fiished that off as well

Yeast: 12g Saflager W-34/70 (because other than liquid yeast I wasn't prepared to waste, it's all I had), rehydrated.
