Help with English IPA Recipe?

I am hoping you will help a Yank out. I was given 4 ounces each of whole cone Fuggles and Goldings and a hopback for my birthday. Now I want to put them to use and make an English IPA. I have a few thoughts on how to proceed, but want to hear from others before sharing. Does anyone have a good, traditional IPA recipe to share?

Don't know if its traditional but I made a great one last summer with pale malt, a little crystal (likely 3%ish can't remember) bittered with target and loads of late EKG around 65IBUs.

That is roughly the approach I was thinking.

85% Pale Malt
10% Torrified Wheat
5% Crystal
A touch of black malt for color if necessary
Mash at 152f 90 Minute Boil

Bitter with Target or Challenger starting at 60 minutes
1 oz each EKG and Fuggle for 20 minutes
1 oz each in the hop back
1 oz each for dry hop.

I've brewed this recipe copied from a well known site a few times, and it's a cracker. Takes a good 10 days for the malt sweetness to ease and then it is a beautiful pint. I've also upped the hopping at steep and dry hop with tasty results. Most English hops would work well.
