Raspberry wheat.

Brewed a wheat beer and threw in a kilo of raspberry purée. It's been in the fermenter for about 10 days.

Presumably due to the fruit addition it's a little sour, so what non fermentable addition can I use to sweeten it before bottling in the next week?

You could use lactose, although I've not had any experience adding it other than at the end of the boil. My Raspberry porter came out sweet after the fruit addition, although I didnt let it ferment completely out.

Non fermentables your really looking at artificial sweeteners. Sucralose is a good one (splenda brand) and most are mixed with maltodextrin so you may get a little activity still. Alternatively you could add sugar and kill the yeast by pasteurising the bottles or adding potassium sorbate (im not sure this is 100% effective but commonly used in wine to stop fermentation)
