I wondered if anybody can suggest a recipe that would work well in brewing both a German beer/lager and a Saison.
I want to split the wort and pitch different yeasts in each, I have a fermentation fridge to lager and a heat source to raise the temperture for the saison.
Many thanks.

Re: Split Wort German Beer And Saison
Do you think this would work and if so what style of German beer would it be closest too, so I can match the yeast?
