I stupidly used pale crystal instead of dark in a bitter I was trying, its currently chugging away but I'm worried it might not have much of a malty taste to it.
Should I leave well alone or maybe dry hop it ?

They are not showy, but use the right ones in the right blend and you can make some very satisfying beers.Bigbud78 wrote:just more fuggles, I do have some EKG as well. I've never done anything with English hops before :/
