Thanks mashman, but already done haha. I know that transferring to another vessel is a bit ‘old Skool’ but there was so much sediment that just wanted to have a more accurate measurement to see how much I needed to top up. Turns out it was about 5.5lts short which explains the high OG.

For those that are interested...this is how I’ve rewired my brupaks boiler. I just took the brown/black wires from the thermostat and connected them straight in the chocolate box. If anyone with a little more electric knowledge thinks this looks wrong please feel free to advise.
