Bottling balls up

Post by Paddington » Sun Jan 28, 2018 7:56 pm

I have just put a saison brew into my bottling bucket. However, I've accidentally sucked up a load of yeast. Would i be better leaving it to settle overnight or just bottle it now and be careful how I pour them?

Not necessarily a 'balls up'. Call it a 'secondary' and let it settle for a week or two before packaging. The beer can only benefit from this 'balls up'

Depends upon how much 'a load' is. I'd just bottle it.
Ingredients: Water, Barley, Hops, Yeast, Seaweed, Blood, Sweat, The swim bladder of a sturgeon, My enemies tears, Scenes of mild peril, An otter's handbag and Riboflavin.
