World Cup brewing prep
World Cup brewing prep
Maybe some of you are like me and will be watching the World Cup this summer, BBQ, beers with guests etc.
I’d like maybe five full cornies plus the bottled reserves I have already.
Looking for suggestions really for a nice variety to offer, I’m thinking
Raspberry wheat (conditioning now)
Kolsch (conditioning now but might need to do another)
Gose - planned brew tomorrow
Patersbier - a stalwart for the missus, prob bottle this
A Californian common
A Saison - have I got time, not massively impressed with last one
A dunkel or Rauchbier - my fave but unsure of summer brew
Any other ideas or suggestions if you have something similar planned

Russian Imperial Stout it is then, although it isn't Russian the names right.
What's wrong with a proper English beer, we might get out of the Group stages.

Seem to remember a few years back someone trying to get a drink from every country in the tournament. Saudi Arabia might be a bugger this year.

'Novichok', a dark nerve-agent infused imperial stout with a hint of aged oak, a touch of roast coffee with vanilla and loads of chocolate; and a predicable level of bitterness, for which there is no 'evidence', apparently. Order at your local Russian embassy, while they exist. Terms and conditions apply. Export Only.
