Anyone already planned to go to this? I've got my A into G and pre-ordered tickets this year. I've not missed a year since about 2000.

It's the law - you have to go

Doing my usual 3 days - Wed, Thurs & Fri - behind a bar or a games stall somewhere.

Does anyone have a JBK t-shirt to digout of the wardrobe!
Check out the beers we have for sale @ Mix Brewery

Got some trade tickets for the Tuesday session so I can bore commercial brewers asking how many grams of hops to use in my 23L batch  They hate that

Hopefully they'll give you the answer in pounds per barrel just to be awkward!

Invariably they say they don't know. Maybe they do, maybe they dont, maybe they're not the brewers in actuality and the sales/marketing team and other hang-ers on

I'll be there this year too, after first hearing about it twenty years ago (seeing Michael Jackson on TV striding across the Ally Pally car park suitcase in hand). Tuesday afternoon and either Wednesday afternoon or evening.

I was looking forward to going again this year and so was checking rail fares yesterday. An off-peak return ticket is £42.80, add bus and tube to that plus the entrance fee and without a pint of beer passing my lips I would have spent in excess of £60. Obviously I'm going to have to give it a miss

Hi critch

I notice your Liverpool Organic Josephine Butler Elderflower Ale is top of the 'Most popular real ales (based on star ratings)' list on GBBF site =D>

I hope there is still some left this afternoon :)
