well another good night with good company. the stout was lovely i must say again. thanks to all concerned i enjoyed it very much.

That stout certainly lived up to its name. All the beers were great. What were your final thoughts Jim on the Jarl?

Well you were right that there was little trace of malt or body, but I thought the hop flavour was excellent and it made a very refreshing pint.

Yes another great evening. Thanks to all that attended and Matt for being a top host.
Again I’ve come home with bottles of beer. And this time a Timothy Taylor Shirt too.

That silky stout was gorgeous. Got to try making some of that eh.

Next I’m looking forward to tonight.
I’m sampling Jims 10th Anniversary Bitter.

Jim, is this the Bitter version of the ESB, that is being suggested in group ipa/ale brew post ?
