Simon brewed this solo, I had a taste from the fermenter on a racking day, good hop bite, was crash-cooled on Sunday and racked on Thursday, no finings and miles away from being murky. I will be at the festival early on Thursday in order to secure a pint - last year our cask finished off 2nd fastest a few minutes after a GBBF winner of some category or another...

This one's normally on my annual calendar but looks to be scuppered this year by train strikes.

You could always come down to Egham Beer Festival the following week. 10th - 13th Nov.
