Hi all, after getting some gear together i went out and got some cheapo argos kettles, leads etc,and built a boiler from an old FV, only hold 29L to brim, but ok for 4 gall brews. Will have to do till something else come along.
However i digress.. the beer!!

Very happy with way today went, apart from a couple of clot spillages, all went well.. volume target came out ok, and SG not very far off.. just hope the beer is as good

Might not look too clueless to you, my good man, but believe me, getting volumes and SG's summat like, its a minor miracle!!
