Used the same grist to get 75lt of wort but then split into 50 & 25 lt batches so different hops and yeast could be used.
Had assistant brewer, #1 son, helping and hence the reason for the extra 25lt batch as he wanted "his own beer".

The main batch went to plan as it was using all the usual kit.
Problems started with the small batch using my old plastic setup.
1 - forget to use a hop strainer

2 - how was i going to cool after the boil

3 - no temp control for fermentation

Both are now fermenting fine and hopefully the small batch will be ok after a lack of planning led to the cockups.
