2 kg MO extra pale
1 kg Wheat malt
.4 kgTorry Wheat
.5 kgRice Flakes
15 gms Saaz 60mins
10 gms Saaz @ FO
10gms Corriander Seeds crushed @ 10mins
5 Mandarins @ 10mins
Irish Moss ( I know not worth it)
WB-06
Corriander seed
RIMS @ 40º 15 mins --> complete
RIMS @ 50º 15 mins --> complete
RIMS @ 66º 60 min --> complete
mashing out @ 75º
xfer to boiler and second sparge complete
Starting Boil now complete
20ltrs of 1046 in the FV not a bad Brew day slight hop stopping pump that that soon cleared new hop strainer next time
