This is a very tasty & toasty brew now albeit dry in aftertaste but thats ok as it makes you take another gulp :D , I added 2 sheets of Gelitine and popped it in the KKeg with a huge handfull of hedge row hops I picked last year.
it has the colour of Wells Bombardier and to be honest I thought at the start that it was not my THANG but was my fathers idea but it gets better every day unlike anything I have ever tasted.

NB: My father is away at the moment and can not give judgement but we agree that our Genes should provide a " what he likes I should like and visa versa that said I started off as a Cider drinker and he hates the stuff but he did try my last TC and he Likes  and drinks quite a bit of it now.

like to think its a porter esque style, that said I dont care for beer Style as that puts things into a pigeon hole and I dont want to be with the Sheep!!

Father and I noticed that the light through this pint is a pink red, must take a pic if the sun shines tomorrow.
