Today I brew and decide to share on JBK unlike some of my other Brew days lately.
Grains:
8 Kg Lager Malt
1 kg Micronised Corn
500g Cara Gold
400g Torry wheat
Hops:
15g Sorachi Ace @ 90min
50g Aramis @ 30min
50g Aramis @ 15min
100g Aramis @ FO
RIMS:
90mins @ 66º
Mash out at 75º
1062 in the fermenters

Yeast:
Diamond Lager Yeast Starter
Plan to ferment Slow and Low in the Cooled Incubator
