Nice - looks like a straightforward brewday there... Time to do one of those myself soon - thinking of spiltting a pale wort taking half off after 60 minutes to steep NZ hops in while adding cold extract and US citra and chinook for extra boil as cascadian - 2 beers one wort... Could almost make an internet meme based on that one..

Looks good, its a while since I've had Amarillo, had a bottle of Mallinsons Amarillo the other day but it didn't live upto how I remembered it.

T looks great and I'm sure it'll be lovely(my lovely) when I first tasted amarillo, it was mind blowing , but since then have tasted all the new us hops, it's perhaps now a bit underwhelming but still nice

It seemed quite nice out of the trial jar, but could probably do with a bit more hop oomph. Maybe I'll order some more and dry hop it or do some kind hop extract.

Mainly it isn't as dark as I'd hoped, maybe more of a dark amber.
