I currently only have one boiler, so I put my hot sparge water into a fermentation bin, then filled the boiler with the first runoff, then batch sparged from the fermentation bin. It worked fine, but would have been less hassle with a second boiler, but unfortunately it seems they've discontinued the "old" Buffalo 40L and the new one is a lot more expensive

73% Maris Otter Malt
15% Vienna
7.01% Carapils
5% Torrified Wheat
25g Amarillo (8.2% Alpha) @ 90 Minutes (Boil)
23g Amarillo (8.2% Alpha) @ 10 Minutes (Boil)
23g Amarillo (8.2% Alpha) @ 20 Minutes (Flame Out)
10g Irish Moss @ 10 Minutes (Boil)
Single step Infusion at 66°C for 60 Minutes.
Batch sparge at 76°C
Boil for 60 Minutes.
Fermented at 20°C with Danstar Nottingham
