Well I've cracked a bottle of this. It's not fully carbonated, I went low on priming cos of the high FG. I hope it carbonates more cos it would be pretty good. Lots of hoppiness but it's fruity, apricot and melon, the Summer hops seem to be in charge, with some support from the Cascade and the others. A little thin body-wise but not too bad. Better carbonation would make it a very enjoyable, cough, 2% ale! It's nothing like an English bitter, more like a watered down Goose Island IPA. Which probably isn't selling it! But I would like it a lot with more conditioning/Co2, it's refreshing. I'll leave it a while longer.

This has developed brilliantly, nicely carbonated and full of fruity hops and malt. The body is fine now it's got good carbonation. The higher than expected FG seems like a happy accident, this is a lovely beer, and only 2% ABV. My son loves it.

Update. In terms of making a low ABV beer this was very successful, the body is good, the hops are lovely, it's just not in the same league as the Somerset Gold I'm currently drinking, which had a very healthy starter made from a Brewlab Somerset slant. The yeast flavours spoil this one a bit, the yeast makes the Somerset Gold, it's delicious.

So I would use a low attenuating liquid/slanty yeast next time I tried something similar again. But I just brewed this on a whim.
