I'm reusing the yeast i saved from this brew in about 10l of mixed fruits turbo cider :) bubbling away

Yeah I do but every yeast I've used ferments cider to dryness anyway, I've never got one finishing above 1.002

Brewed this last weekend:

3500g Pilsner malt
900g Munich
180g Wheat malt
Brewers Gold 90 min 15 IBU
Styrian Goldings 30 mins 4 IBU
Styrian Goldings 10min 1.9 IBU
1 tsp corriander seeds 5 min
1 tsp grains paradise 5 min
454 g demerara sugar flame out
454g Dundee marmalde flame out
WYeast 3711

OG1061. Checked on Sat was 1004. Now crashing waiting for a bottling day to be scheduled.

That looks nice, how did it turn out?

Having another small bottle of this, still tastes excellent :) I've ordered 5kg of bohemian pils malt to make another saison, I'll up the late hops for that one. Belle saison yeast again to keep things simple. I'll hopefully brew it this weekend
