On the cards were elderflower wine and an ElderWherry.Stripped down the heads to leave only the flowers (well, nearly only
). For the Wherry I took a half pint of flowers, added a sprinkle of Cascade, bagged these and poured boiling water over this (in one of the wherry tins). I've made the kit short to 20L to beef it up a little.
The rest of the flowers (around 2.5L of flowers) were added to about 10L of boiling water (or vice versa), a camden tab, some citric acid and a big can of white grape concentrate. I'll add the champagne yeast and nutrient tomorrow.
