7th time of brewing this tomorrow, changed the hops a bit but the grain bill remains the same.

Mash at 67C for 60 mins
Boil 90 mins
Progress 5.5% 24g @ 60mins
Goldings 5.7% 23g @ 60 mins
Willamette 5.2% 21g @ 60mins
Goldings 5.7% 24g @ 15mins
Willamette 5.2% @ flame out
Willamette 5.2% dry hop 5 days
Yeast Nottingham

FG 1.010
ABV 3.9%
IBU 39.9
EBC 16.2
BU:GU ratio 1.01
First time dry hopping, still need to get a hop sock and some glass marbles!
I moved house last August and I treated the water of my first three brews with DWB and wasn't happy with them so the next two brews I didn't treat at all and they are much better so no water treatment again!

All went well , got an OG of 1.043 instead of 1.039!
That gives me a mash efficiency of 89.8%!
Don't know what I do to achieve that but I usually get high 80's efficiency
The only problem I had was a stuck mash so I blew up the pipe and cleared it but when I was emptying the spent grain I found this which might have been the cause.
