AG28 - NZ Pale
Need to get some more pale in the pipeline after the DKN got done in pretty quickly with friends and family. I had some older Motueka and Nelson Sauvin in the freezer so a NZ Pale seems appropriate. The Nelson smell is incredible.

Dropped my grain bill slightly and got 1054 instead. Nice colour and all tucked up.

Now at 1010 so dry hopped with another 100g of Nelson and Motueka. Gonna crash it after 4 days.

Re: AG28 - NZ Pale
With the birth of our first daughter I seem to have little opportunity to get out at the minute! But I would love to do a bottle swap. The only thing is my beer is usually always in cornys now so I suggest drinking it the day I drop it off as I will just have to bottle it off the keg. I will let the pale settle for a few weeks then drop some off if you like?alix101 wrote:Ah really we'll have to meet upfor a tasting I'm just on stone row Grange villa these days ...
