A great day

What a great day for brewing outside. it was 63*F in Urbana Illinois USA (17*C?) Rolled my brewstand out in the driveway. Added water and added heat. Enjoyed several hours of alone time.

Brewed an all grain knock-off of Rye on the Prize by Left Hand Brewing (a hoppy rye punch in the face). This is my second attempt. The attempt I did last November was too polite.

Waiting for it to warm up before I brew, it's unusually cold here at the moment, minus 6C overnight (21 F )and hovering about 0c all day. Not much different in the Brewshed

Cold air from the continent apparently, forecast to warm up later this week.

I'll brew when it is colder but in the garage. The family complains about the smell coming in the house and usually leave for the day.
