Coopers Mexican Cerveza

Started another brew today. Made the Cerveza with Kit Enhancer 2, 400 gms of caster sugar and 100gms of dextrose(what was left basically). Brewed short to 21 litres. Took a reading 1.064. This could be a good brew! I'm probably going to dry hop with some Citra, I like lime or lemon flavours. I'll keep this for the future, so it'll be up my lock-up once its in the bottles.

I like the sound of citra infusion in the Cerveza. I have a similar kit stashed away for a spare brew day. I reckon I'll give it a go!

Bottled and conditioning in a warm room. Tasted quite nice too. ill move it to a cold place soon and try to forget about it!
