Going like a train just now. Will be done soon.

It works out at day 2 and day 4. Will keg on either day 7 or 11 depending on beer and work commitments.

Mine is mashing as we speak. Going to put 41g mosaic in at flame out and see what that does. Slightly more than recipe says. May then drop temp after 30 mins and run through some citra in hop rocket on way to FV.

That'll be decent. Never used my hop rocket like that yet.

I've only used it once. I drop temp to below 80. Run wort through it then through chiller and into FV

Yeah really good aroma. Not too bitter either. It's very nice.

Probably a daft question, but I'll ask it anyway... How do you get the liquid into that massive shiny fermenter? Pump? I can't imagine you're lifting that monster in and out every time...
Fermenting: AG#22 San Diego IPA
Drinking: Probably.

Quick question on the dry hopping.

Is that 300g of Mosaic & 300g Citra on Day 2
AND 300g of Mosaic & 300g Citra on Day 4

Front page just mentions Day 2 but comments suggest Day 2 and 4. Can anyone clarify. Looking to try this at the weekend.

Thanks
