AG#19 - M.A.C American Amber Ale (BIAB)

First brew day post in a while. This was the first brew using my new Blichmann Hell Fire burner. What a piece of a kit it is =D> kicks out some serious heat and reduced my brew day massively.

Hoping to enter this beer in to the upcoming Welsh National. Fairly successful brew day apart from the trub dam coming loose and the tap getting blocked. Ended up tipping the wort in to the fermentor #-o (after much cursing).

Colour: 28.7 EBC = 14.6 SRM

7.5% Munich Malt (25 EBC = 12.7 SRM) 372 grams = 0.82 pounds
6.3% Crystal Malt (130 EBC = 66 SRM) 316 grams = 0.7 pounds
4.2% Extra Dark Crystal Malt (340 EBC = 172.6 SRM) 211 grams = 0.47 pounds
