The rest of my ingredients arrived today for the next 5 brews. First time using Cross my loof yeast but I've heard good things from other people.

Nice variety of grain you got there. Good luck with your brews.

I did a SMASH on Sunday, got a milk stout, kolsch, strawberry beer and a wheat beer lined up. Had a bit of a disaster cut my phone crashed and died on Monday and all my recipes were on my beersmith app. Luckily I found my original scribblings with weights etc just not hop timings but sure I can work it out.
