Interesting. Over on Brulosophy they only use half a tsp of gelatine. I tried that and whilst it did clear it took longer. I stick to 1 tsp now. Also, depending on where you keep your beer, I have noticed the gelatine works faster in winter (have mine in the shed).

Glad it turned out clear in the end!

I keep my keg in a temperature controlled fridge, so it's a constant all year round.

Currently looking a second keg and tap :wink:
