Hi,
Interesting brew. Unusual hop combo. Would love to know what it tastes like. Is the coconut noticeable?

Aye it's a completely random brew. And sadly the coconut isn't massively noticeable at 100g from the trail jar

I'm surprised you don't get any coconut with 100g, but maybe the hops are masking it. Do you intend to "dry hop" with any coconut?

Sadly I used up all the coconut in the boil. Maybe as the hops fade in the bottle you will get more coconut

Certainly a fair old hop combo you've got going on there mate.sbond10 wrote:Beers now at 1.011 so I've dry hopped it with another !00g of hops
I picked up 100g of Eureka a few weeks back, I had a bottle of St Austell Eureka earlier this year and found it rather tasty.
Cheers

I used um in different brews Alex but I can't see why not. Cardinal had lots of boiled jam notes. Wolf was more soft fruits
