Second Brew in 24hrs brewed Seymour s Oxford gold clone.

Grain
4500 concerto malt
340 minch crystal 145ebc

Hops
21g target pellets 90 mins
28g ekg flower 5 mins

Went for the 4.6% version

Mashed in at 66c

Using crossmyloof brewery real ale yeast

Fairly simple Brew day can't believe I've brewed twice in 24hrs

Concerto's a new one on me.

Hope it turns out well. And there's nothing wrong with brewing twice in 48hrs - if you can drink it all, why not? :)

Concerto is a Simpson brand of pale malt so like propino etc. My friend owns a local micro and let me have a couple of sacks at a tenner each so thought worth trying.

When in said second brew in 24 hours this is the first brew where I stored the wort in a Jerry can for longer than 24 hrs

Nothing like oxford gold sadly according to my dad, think it lacked the fruity sweet edge. I found it perfectly drinkable tho no idea how id improve it
