this holiday (15/08/2017) i had a chance to brew, using my new equipment for the second time! was a saison, still trying to get used to the new set up, but was going well.

Here's the recipe:

4.000 kg Pilsner (84.12%)
0.380 kg Flaked Wheat (7.99%)
0.375 kg Munich I (7.89%)

Hop Bill
----------------
15.0 g Nelson Sauvin Pellet (11.5% Alpha) @ 75 Minutes (Boil) (1.1 g/L)
15.0 g Nelson Sauvin Pellet (11.5% Alpha) @ 0 Minutes (Boil) (1.1 g/L)
28.0 g Nelson Sauvin Pellet (11.5% Alpha) @ 8 Days (Dry Hop) (2 g/L)

Misc Bill

Glucan rest at 33ºCfor 30 minuts
Single step Infusion at 65°C for 90 Minutes.
Fermented at 28°C with yeast blend of one pcg of Mangrove Jacks Saison with one vial WLP566 Belgian Saison II

i will add hibiscus tea in secondary with the dry-hopping
