Beer is made during the brewing process. If served live from cask, it can be the best beer in the world with good cellaring and served properly, or when neglected and badly served can be dreadful, but it will be the same beer style. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tukmeoz9kQ0
While we are at Harvey's, have a look at how they brew. https://www.harveys.org.uk/our-brewing-process
In case you miss the virtual video link it is below.

Here is a video of the last brew at Harleys' last brew with their old Head Brewer. Their brewing equipment was bought by Paul Theakston to start the Black Sheep Brewery.

While I am fully confident that if either brewery made the other's beer, the results would be anything but identical. However, the processes are for all practical purposes the same and it wouldn't be the case that one would have a little head and the other would be massive, that depends upon how it is kept, carbonated and served.

Sorry I will rephrase my response...
Have you dispensed the same beer though each engine and got a completely different regional difference ?

Re: No boil challenge
Why would anyone think of something as stupid as that?
They are Southern POUR and Northern POUR.
The difference is in the length and shape of the pipe and neck to the glass.
I won't mind this gets me barred and freed from idiotic questions.

No need to shout.
When I read your words, they appeared ambiguous to me.
I was attempting to clarify.
I apologise for asking you a question, I thought that's what's we did here.
Particularly of those who I personally respect for their knowledge on this vast subject.

Re: No boil challenge
Anyway, thanks for the info Eric. Excellent Harvey's video. I must confess I don't know anything about beer engines etc.
