due to marris otter grain not arriving i am going to have to brew with a tin of extract from wilko's, i also have 1 kilo of amber malt -chocolate malt and roast barley.does any one think a mini mash added to extract will make a decent brew.

I made an emergency brew with a tin of wilco bitter extract and 1 kilo of amber malt plus a box of wheatabix and 100g of fast oats. What a sticky mess,Anyway its got body, its finished fermenting already,so cooling to normal fridge temp then kegging for a week in fridge then racking off to cornie keg, came out at 5%
