Recommend a Recipe

Hi all
New to brewing, done one Wherry Kit and an adapted Coopers which I have just Bottled.
I have the following ingredients left that I want to use on a nice strong Bitter

So can anybody advice a recipe

I have the following

1x 8lt stock pot
1x 300g light crystal malt
1x 500g dark crystal malt
1x 100g northern brewer hops
1x 75g Aurora hops

What else will I need and how will I brew it

You're going to need some lme or dme as well .
First step will be to steep your crystal malt . I'd go something along the lines of this :
200g light crystal
50g dark crystal , chuck these in a muslin bag and steep in 5l of water at 65-70c for 30 min. Take the grains out then bring your wort to the boil .
Use x g to required IBU of Northern Brewer hops and boil for 60 min . If you want to get a good hoppy aroma chuck another 20 or so g in of either the nb or aurora after 50 min of your 60 min boil .
Pour into your FV via a colander or something , stir in your dme or lme . Top up to whatever batch size you're aiming for with cold water. Check temp and assuming you've gone from 4-5l to 20ish then you'll be around 25-35c , pitch your yeast according to its instructions here's one of my earlier efforts viewtopic.php?f=3&t=69746
