Very possible. main thing is to let it ferment properly and not get any gubbins in the bottles. looking good.

Looks tasty.

The literature behind the pint caught my eye! What is it?

Yes that's it. The beer is the one from the recipe.

So this may be a silly question, but I'm in the process of setting up my BIAB kit, and pints that look like this is exactly what I want to produce! so first of all AMAZING job with these beers, but secondly, what's your secret? finings? chill? I'm super curious!

My Saison at the top was done Biab, some Irish Moss at the end of boil, then into a no-chill cube.

I have been using gelatin religiously for the last 18 months, and it works well on one condition, you can crash chill your beer for about 48-72 hours. It really clears up beautifully! Brulosophy's experiments are the bomb!
