All Indiana grown ingredients batch

I ended up getting 7 gravity points per pound instead of the 8 points I usually get from non craft malt.
I'm not sure if I should have mashed longer or if that's just the way this variety of barley is.
I'm just here for the beer.

Or if I should have run the wheat grain through the mill twice.

Nice read. Brewing local is something try to do.
But it's not always easy. Depends what you call 'local' 😁
