It does indeed.
I'm hoping for closer to 4%.
I ended up with 3.25 gallons at 1.040.
I'm just here for the beer.

It does indeed.

I ended up with a higher final gravity than I was hoping for, probably due to using mostly chevalier malt; now I know what to expect.
Looks like 3.4% is what I got.
The hydrometer sample tasted great.
I'm just here for the beer.

Regular Muntons. I've gotten lower final gravity (1.010) with Muntons many times, but this was my first batch with such a large percentage of chevalier malt.
