Radical brewing

Post by raiderman » Sat Nov 02, 2013 10:50 pm

Just back from Twickenham so if the typings crap I'd point out we hit the White Cross Hotel at 10:30 and twelve hours later I've still got a pint on the go. I also wore my Rhinos shirt to remind them that there's a version of the game played by real men. But I digress that's the beer talking
It's my birthday today and the daughter got me Randy Moshers Radical Brewing. Ok he has a silly name but it's an excellent book and gets you trying stuff you might not have tried. I know this because I already have it but I was so touched that the girl had got me something a bit different I wasn't going to tell her and disappoint her. So I have two copies. If anyone would like the spare it's yours

I have far too many books on brewing, and I am still adding to the collection  but Radical Brewing has to be my favourite out of the whole lot. =D>
