CO2 in Dunfermline

Post by DeadFall » Thu Apr 06, 2017 11:08 pm

I don't drive and currently live in Edinburgh where I can walk to a fire extinguisher place and get my FE refilled. I'm doing the typical Edinburger thing of moving to Dunfermline soon as I'd rather buy a 4/5 bed house than a 3 bed flat above a kebab shop. Is there anywhere I can get my extuinguisher filled up in Dunfermline or get a pub gas cylinder?

Give these guys a call. I have used them before however they charged £20 as I am out in Airdrie so I now use a supplier from Motherwell as delivery is only £4 with them. A 6.35kg bottle should last an age unless you get unlucky like me and spring a leak

Could you tell me who your supplier is in Motherwell? I'm in Larkhall and looking to start getting the bits together for a Kegerator.

Sure, I use Thomson Gas. They may not be the cheapest but they deliver same day for only a few £ which is always handy or you can pick up. I found them as I have used them for propane for a few years however they only recently started co2. It is quite hard to find online sellers or anywhere that will fill a bottle round here so dont mind using them. Providing you have no leaks the bottle will last an age.

Good stuff, they can do same day delivery if you catch them early enough.
