As a general basis for experimentation I would use millet crushed in a blender in quantities as you would any other base grain but boil it 1st and add enzymes to the mash. If you want to replicate what I made add water to nearly double quantity and honey to SG 1.052 but I would recommend experimentation rather than copy my recipe. Based on this I will try to do a full size batch very soon and post how it goes.

Disaster, tried a full 23L unmalted millet beer today and totally stuck sparge it is just to fine to filter through anything that will let water through. nothing came out the mash tun as it just blocked it so I tried putting it all in a pillow case which didn't let hardly any water through and the little that did was more sludge. Not sure where to go from here but if I get any ideas will post them. Any help/ideas appreciated.
